Academic Criteria and Experience- B.Tech in Electrical or Electrical & Electronic With masters degree. Minimum 15 years of working experience, power sector is preferred.

Manage, Configure, and secure an organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers (Linux/Windows), cloud systems (AWS/Azure), and networks to ensure maximum uptime.
Key responsibilities –

1. System & Network Management: Install, configure, and maintain servers (Windows, Linux, Mac), networks, and related hardware/software.
2. Security: Implement security protocols, manage firewalls, monitor for threats, and handle security patches.
3. User Management: Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
4. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end-users and systems.
5. Data Management: Ensure data is backed up securely and regularly.
6. Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance to ensure optimal function and efficiency.
6. Support: Provide technical support, often involving user training and documentation.
