Smart Metering Expert

Minimum 10 years of Experience in Smart Meter Installation and Configuration

Key Responsibilities:
1. System Design & Implementation: Design, architect, and configure MDM systems, including preparing High-Level (HLD) and Low-Level (LLD) documentation.
2. Integration: Ensure seamless data flow between smart meters, Head End Systems (HES), and Customer Information Systems (CIS).
3. Data Validation & Management: Implement validation, estimation, and editing (VEE) rules to ensure data integrity and manage exceptions.
4. Operational Monitoring: Monitor AMI system performance, communication network health (RF/GPRS), and troubleshoot data issues or equipment failures.
5. Reporting & Analytics: Generate daily MIS reports, analyze consumption data for anomalies, and support billing processes.
6. Compliance & Security: Ensure compliance with utility regulations, data security standards, and IT/OT cybersecurity initiatives
