A Distribution Expert have to manage end-to-end flow of goods, optimizing logistics, inventory, and transportation to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery. Key responsibilities include overseeing warehouse operations (receiving/shipping), maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating with carriers, and implementing efficiency improvements. They analyze data, ensure compliance, and manage staff to streamline the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities-

1.Logistics & Transportation Management: Coordinate, route, and track shipments to ensure timely delivery while optimizing costs.
2.Warehouse Operations: Oversee receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
3.Inventory Control: Perform regular stock checks, manage inventory levels, and minimize in-process losses.
4.Data Analysis & Improvement: Analyze distribution data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and process improvements.
5.Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to safety standards, regulatory compliance, and quality control (e.g., GDP).
6.Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments.
